What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship all orders UPS and may offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air as options. All shipping charges are the Customers responsibility and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges, including Free Shipping, apply to continental U.S. only. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii must contact us prior to purchase concerning shipping charges. There will be additional cost involved.

What is your Return Policy?
Returns for credit will be accepted for 14 days from the date of receipt. Good part returns carry a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for freight on any return back to CWI Outlet. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Customer must contact CWI Outlet at 908-684-0802 X483 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returnThe RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the box will be refused. Returns must include all accessories that were received such as manuals, batteries, ink cartridges, etc. Missing accessories will be subject to a charge back fee. Return items must be received at CWI Outlet within seven business days of the RMA issue date.
